Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking by email once a label is created.

Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

State restrictions

Certain compounds may be restricted for delivery to certain states. Restrictions are applied automatically at checkout once you enter a shipping address: any affected item is identified before your order can be submitted, and the order cannot proceed until it is removed. We also reserve the right to decline shipment of any compound to any destination.

Discreet packaging

Discreet packaging is selected by default on every order. Packages ship in plain outer packaging with no product or company branding and a neutral sender name on the label. Contents are not described on the exterior beyond what carrier regulations require.

Shipping charges

Flat-rate domestic shipping applies to every order, and shipping is free on orders of $200.00 or more. The exact charge is shown in your cart before you check out.

Cold chain and handling

Lyophilized material is stable for shipping at ambient temperature over the transit times we use. Storage conditions for each compound are stated on its product page and on the Certificate of Analysis for its lot. Transfer material to the stated storage conditions on arrival.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, contact us within 7 days at support@discreetbiolabs.com and we will open a carrier trace. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
